There are a ton of new Marvel movies and TV shows coming out in the next two years. There will be a Thor movie (2022) a Doctor Strange movie (2022) a Guardians of the Galaxy movie (2023) a Black Panther movie (2022) and a new Spider-Man movie (2022).
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will come out on May 6th, 2022. This movie is two hours and sixteen minutes long and is rated PG-13. This movie takes place after Spider-Man No Way Home where Doctor Strange opened the multiverse to try and make Spider Man's life normal again. Now Doctor Strange is paying for his past mistakes. I’m personally very excited for this movie and think it will be very good because of the plot I think it will be a very interesting movie.
The next couple movies on this list don’t have a trailer yet but they have release dates so starting with the new Thor movie which is called Thor: Love and Thunder this movie comes out on July 8th 2022.
The next movie is called Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse this movie is coming out on October 7th 2022. This movie will take place after the events of Into The Spider-Verse. In this sequel Miles will go on an adventure across the multiverse to save the universe.
The next movie is called Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3. This movie is coming out on May 5th 2023.
And the last movie in this list is called Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. This movie is coming out on November 11th 2022. Unfortunately Chadwick Boseman, the actor who played Black Panther died a few months into filming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Marvel has chosen not to replace his role, so Marvel will have to switch the plot. I’m excited to see how the plot adapts to this change
Personally I’m most excited for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever because I really enjoyed the first Black Panther movie. I thought it was really good. For second place I’m leaning toward Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness because Spiderman no way Home which the new Doctor Strange is built off of was really good so I’m excited to see what this movie brings to the Marvel universe. In third place I think Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 is going to take that spot just because of the humor which I really enjoyed in the other Guardians of the Galaxy movies. In fourth place is Spiderman into the Spiderman into the Spider-Verse. Now the only reason this movie isn’t higher on this list is because it’s a cartoon, nothing against cartoons I just think that the live action movies are better and more exciting. Now in fifth place is Thor: Love and Thunder. The reason that this movie is not higher on my list is not because I think this movie will be bad but just because all of the other movies on this list I think are going to be very good. Personally I probably won’t see this movie in the theaters.
In conclusion I’m very excited to see these movies in theaters and hope that they continue to make these spinoff movies.
